Artist statement
In my practice, I explore the intersections of the organic and the structural, observing how nature and culture continually interact, conflict, and form new semantic fields. I am interested in the internal landscape of man — how it is built under the pressure of the external environment, architectural forms, cultural codes, and visual noise.
My works are visual constructions in which the living collide with the controlled. Organic elements — fluid forms, pigment spots, textile structures — enter into dialogue with ordered lines and architectural silhouettes. This tension between the natural and the man-made becomes a metaphor for human adaptation and resistance.
I consider color in my projects as a way of recording invisible processes. It becomes not only an aesthetic tool, but also a kind of “environmental document” — a reflection of the emotional, climatic and cultural landscape.
My works are zones of sensory experience where the viewer can not only observe, but also physically experience the tension between stability and variability, between construction and chaos. Through the language of color, form and material, I create the possibility of dialogue — with space, with myself and with the structures in which we exist.
